Tom Cruise Is Being Sued By His Alleged Ex Gay Lover For Tapping His Phone
Film star Tom Cruise is being sued by an alleged gay lover who claims that the actor had a private detective wire tap his phone.
Michael Davis Sapir, a magazine editor, claims Anthony Pellicano, a private detective employed by Cruise, tapped his phone in 2001 after Sapir claimed to have a video proving that the Tom Cruise rumours were true and the film actor was having a homosexual affair with him.
Documents which have been filed at the Los Angeles’ County Superior Court see the editor claim the wire taping and spying on Sapir began during the court case concerning the video which was eventually settled out of court after both parties acknowledging the video did not exist. Sapir is looking for a figure of around £3 million.
Cruise, who has been the subject of much speculation concerning his sexuality throughout this career has yet to make any statement about Sappir’s spying claim.
