Tape Cassette Art Portraits That Are More Impressive Than The Music Ever Was

Now that we’re all listening to MP3s, the good old cassette tape that we used to lovingly pop into our stereos and listen to our favourite tracks on has become well and truly redundant.  However we don’t know about you but we feel kind of bad (and a little sad) throwing them away so have been trying to come up with alternative uses.

After discovering that cassette tape walls don’t really work that well, and they’re not too hot as fashion accessories we were all ready to give up. That was until we came across Erika Iris Simmons who is not just recycling these tapes, but turning them into some amazing artwork which includes portraits of Bob Marley:
