Jane Lynch’s Girlfriend To No Longer Be Her Girlfriend… But Her Wife Instead!

Jane Lynch, who appeared in the L Word and The 40 Year Old Virgin, and is currently receiving amazing reviews for her role as Sue Sylvester in Glee, has announced to the New York Times that she is to marry her girlfriend, Lara Embry.

Both well regarded in the LGBT world, Lynch is best known for her work in the entertainment industry whilst Embry, a psychologist, came to the attention of many following her involvement in a same-sex custody case that was fought out in Florida. Winning her the Justice Award by The National Center for Lesbian Rights, it was at this very award ceremony that Lynch and Embry met in May 2009, where Lynch was presenting the Voice and Visibility Award to Ilene Chaiken.

Congrats to the happy couple and we’re not going to say anything about tracksuits at the wedding. Nope not one word.
