Homophobic Slurs Get San Francisco Radio Hosts Sarah And Vinnie Suspended From Their Show

Sarah and Vinnie, the hosts of the popular morning show on San Francisco radio station Alice Radio have been suspended from their morning show with many pointing to homophobic slurs heard in the show being the reason why.

Taking the decision to not broadcast the show at all, the  Vice President of Alice Radio instead was heard to apologise for comments made on the Sarah and Vinnie show and the outrage that it caused amongst listeners. The show hosts have now apparently also apologised to their listeners for any offence caused, whilst the internet has filled with rumours of what actually happened, with some pointing to an unconsidered remark about gays by their phone screener being the issue, whilst others are attributing it to Vinnie.

This is not the first time Vinnie Hasson has been in trouble with the station. Back in 2002, the show host was fired from his top rating show becuase was missing shows for “personal reasons” – something many have translated to meaning he partied too much.
