After a trillion years of there being nothing new from Lady Gaga to get your digital download fingers buying the wait is finally over as her latest single “Born This Way” is now here.

Described as being a gay anthem to beat all gay anthems (and that includes “I Will Survive” according to Elton John), the track is the first release off Gaga’s latest album of the same name that is scheduled for release on May 23rd 2011.

Said to have something of a gay rights anthem about it, Queen Elton John believes it will be the new “I Will Survive” whilst Perez Hilton just can’t get over how very gay it is deeming it to be “one of the best songs of Gaga’s career.”

Already a winning track on Radio 1 seen being featured as Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record’, the accompanying music video has already succeeded 2,200,000 views and with samples from American indie heroes Modest Mouse, layered with Lupe Fiasco’s head-spinning wordplay it’s not hard to see why.

Already gaining three Grammy and four BET Hip Hop Award nominations in his carrer and had recognition as a past GQ’s ‘Breakthrough Man of the Year’, Lupe Fiasco is hoping more accolades are just around the corner following the release of his third album Lasers on 7th March on Atlantic Records.

The woman behind the words of Chris Brown’s “I Need This”,  Jessie J has also had success in bringing the lyrics bang up to date for Miley Cyrus’ “Party In The USA” and writing for Alicia Keys, but far from being content with that  Jessie J has now struck out on her own, something which has seen her already win the 2011 BBC of Sound poll and Brits Critics Choice Award and seen her first single / set up track “Do It Like A Dude” reach over 12 million views on Youtube.

And that looks like it’s only the start of things to come for this London girl  who is creating some serious buzz with her second single “Price Tag” . Currently the #1 most added song at pop radio last week, Jessie J has teamed up with man of the moment, B.o.B., to put together something that looks ready to repeat that success all over again and even has the wacky video to go with it, complete with Jessie as a puppet and living in a dolls house. We’ve been bigging Mr Mars up for months now and it seems our work has paid off (because obviously Queeried is all powerful) and taking all credit for “Grenade” hitting the number spot on the official UK singles chart last night after selling 150,000 copies in its first week (that’s 3 times the number of copies the no.2 single sold).

The biggest first week sales since Babylon Zoo’s “Spaceman” back in 1996, it’s not surprise that Bruno has fallen head over heels in love with us all as a consequence talling the Radio 1 Chart Show last night that:

“[It’s] such a special place for me, I just love it out here. I think the people are great … t’s just this is where it’s at for me. I’m getting a house over here; I know it. That’s the next investment.”

Also going on to thank his fans for all of their support, Bruno will begin his sold out UK headline tour next Monday with his special album release show at Café De Paris and has seen the release of his debut album “Doo-Wops & Hooligans” moved a week forward to today because of huge demand for it.

Up for a BRIT award, Mars isn’t though just a talented singer. Also just as hot a writer and producer, he also was part of the writing of Cee-Lo Green’s “Fuck You”.

Fresh from role as DS Sam Murray in BBC Three’s Lip Service singer and actress, Heather Peace has announced she’s grabbing her white Gretch guitar and heading out on her first ever UK solo tour of 500 capacity venues in March/April 2011.

Marking the first time that many of Heather’s fans will be able to hear songs from her album ‘This Is Me’ performed with a band, the tour kicks off in Belfast on Thursday March 31st followed by another ten dates before culminating in a spectacular finale show with very special guests and an after-show party in London on April 15th.

Gaining a place on the Top 40 of the Independent on Sunday’s annual Pink List, and winning over the heart of many a lesbian, 2010 also saw Heather take to the road in November and December as she performed her songs at a number of small intimate venues and this time round will not only see the venues grow in size, but also see singer songwriter Jill Jackson, formerly of Speedway, join her on stage to play alongside her and perform from her new own album ‘Back To Zero’ (due for release Spring 2011).

Speaking about the upcoming tour Heather commented:

“2010 was an amazing year and I’m so happy to be back writing songs and gigging. There was a point in my career where I felt like I had to choose between acting and music and at the time the acting route felt right. I didn’t like the ideas that record labels had for me and I wasn’t really ready to show myself completely. The title of the current album is ‘This Is Me’ because for the first time I feel confident about the place that my songs are coming from. I can’t wait to share that with everyone on tour and to try out some new songs too.”

The US have had Bruno Mars and debut album “Doo Wops And Hooligans” for months now and finally it’s our turn to get a hold of this rather talented young singer-songwriter who not only announced he will be launching the album at a special album release show at Café De Paris on the 24th January but also his first UK headline tour “Doo Wop and Hooligans Tour 2011″.

Usually we like to check out facts but seeing it’s coming directly from the ladies themselves we decided it must be true. Nicki Minaj and Rihanna have come out as fully fledged lesbians, who in tradition lesbian style are moving in together after a mere 5 minutes together. How do we know all this? Well it’s all via a little known site called Twitter and a wee little conversation between the two girls concerning the filming of the new music video for their duet “Fly”.

Starting off with Rihanna tweeting a photo of the pair (above) accompanied with the text “Me and Nikki in our new crib, lol! Gettin busy on set of FLY!!! Its so hard to keep my hands off!” it’s obvious stage one of lesbian love that involves having lots of sex and  deciding to move in together is complete, something confirmed by Nicki with her reply ”@rihanna lol. If we’re gonna liv 2gthr and hook up u gotta learn how 2 spell my name! Lmaooooooo. —- Gossip Gossip ni#@a just stop it! :p”
